::The ATM has been broken for weeks. I've been there 7 times in the last 3 weeks and it's always broken. The employees apologize and say that it takes forever until a technician finally comes. I had to drive to Schwabach several times to deposit money. That's a 35km journey, costs time, petrol and parking fees. There is information on the machine that says you should complain in Nuremberg. In Nuremberg you get the information that Schwabach is responsible. And in Schwabach no one reacts. You don't get a response to emails or letters and you can't call either. You can't beat this when it comes to customer service. This is the only ATM in the Roth district where you can deposit money. It is also clear that something can break sometimes. But this machine needs to be replaced if, after weeks, it is not possible to maintain it so that it works reliably. Or you can set up a second device. But it's a disgrace and the behavior in response to customer inquiries is brazen.
