  The new banking app has become totally bad ... Constant crashes and bad connections have become the standard. Today I wanted to deposit money and had to find out that the branch no longer exists. There is also no information on this on the Internet. All in all, this is reason enough for me and my wife to change banks.

  I actually wanted to give more stars, but since I was standing in front of a locked door today and couldn't get any money at the machine, only 1s. Annoying because nothing was announced on the net and I had to make a detour.

  For weeks, the ATM is broken. I was there 7x in the last 3 weeks and he was always broken. The staff apologize and say that it takes forever for a technician to finally arrive. I had to go to Schwabach several times to deposit money. This is 35 km drive, costs time, gas and parking fees. On the machine hangs an info that you should complain in Nuremberg. In Nuremberg you get the information that Schwabach is responsible. And nobody reacts in Schwabach. You do not get an answer to e-mails, not to letters and phone calls. That's not to undercut customer service. This is the only machine in the district of Roth, where you can deposit money. It is also clear that something can break. But this machine has to be replaced if it does not succeed after weeks to wait for it to function reliably. Or you set up a second device. But so it is a joke and behaving on customer requests is bold.
