  Was actually always happy with my bank. The advice on site is always super friendly and has so far had no problems in this regard. However, the opening times leave something to be desired. And that you can only get to the self-service area during opening hours.

  I have really difficult spelling mistakes when I then asked the advisor, but please make me the transfer, they have charged 1.5 euros. Can you do .... Everything too expensive, the density of the machine is low. The monthly fees are high. They were not really friendly either. Goodbye I go to the Dkb.

  Unfortunately, incompetent (online app rollout), grossly overpriced and either absent in customer contact or a bureaucratic nightmare. No longer my bank - I can only recommend the change to another bank!
