  Their cash machine (ATM) didn't give my card back. When I called up they told me they would retrieve and destroy it.

  Rip off exchange rates. Together with the service fee, I lost 19.5% of my money changed into a foreign currency, on the spot (14.6% rate markup towards the banking rate + about 5% service fee). Never again.

  Wouldn’t go there to exchange money. Exchange rates are bad (and lower then on their website) + you have to a pay 10€ fee. (I found the best rates and no fee at Exchange AG)

  Was there in June with British Pounds - needed Euros.. I told him up front i did not speak German , the nice young man was very helpful, and spoke very good English - and used the service the next day for change- the lady helped me just fine... give a person a smile and they will give you a smile - it truly is the International language .
