::The Sparda bank got me into a lot of problems. During the week, 5 p.m., I'm shopping and want to pay with a card, but it doesn't work. “Card not allowed”. Extremely embarrassing situation for me and my weekly shopping had to be left behind. Of course, no one can be reached in the branch at that time. It was also not possible to withdraw money from the ATM, but there was money in the account. The next morning I called. It was explained to me that my card had expired and I was sent a new one 2 months ago and it hadn't arrived. I moved a year ago, but shared my new address. Advertising and the loan offers (which I had unsubscribed from several times by email) finally arrived at my new address. I was also there several times, among other things to have my old standing order for the old landlord deleted and to make a new one due to moving. There, too, the new address was asked. If the card didn't arrive and they found out about it, why won't I be contacted by phone? My cell phone number has been written down and is the same for years. 5 days later a new card finally arrived. I went shopping again after work around 5 p.m. I didn't have a cent of cash left and wanted to fill up with gas and pay for the purchase. The card didn't work again! Again the message “Card not approved” came, I was embarrassed again, my child was crying because I had to leave the shopping behind, I couldn't fill up the tank even though I need the car to get to work. Once again, no one could be reached personally, it was not possible to withdraw money, the person at the service center couldn't help me either, but explained to me that I had probably been sent the wrong card and that he couldn't explain it either! So I had to borrow money from somewhere in the evening to be able to fill up my car. At some point my new card finally arrived, after almost 2 weeks without a card. No excuse, but almost 17 euros in account management fees and 6 euros for the card were debited! I switched to Sparda at the time because I didn't have to pay any fees. But this case has now put such a strain on me and the price on top of that that I'm going to look for a new bank. Back when I needed a loan for a car, I was only given a miserable offer or my request was rejected. Advertisements for really great loans are happily sent to me without any problems. Unfortunately I am very disappointed. Addendum: I was also charged a 12 euro card fee. Now the time has come for me to change banks.

::I am still a customer of this bank, but I would like to warn against this bank! Sparda Bank Augsburg cheats with false information and non-transparent billing when withdrawing money abroad. Before the holiday I specifically asked about the fees for withdrawing money in Cape Town and was told €5. With the Visa card I withdrew 2000 ZAR on the same day and paid 101.23 and with Sparda 120.61 so 20 € fees not as mentioned 5 € or 20%. After I sought advice three times, Mr. Rösler promised me a call back, but he never did. It's too much effort for me to sue this bank for usury and fraud over €15. I just want to warn customers!!! Unfortunately I have to give one star otherwise it doesn't work

::Super competent advice. I have been a customer of the bank since I was a child (more than five years now). Yesterday on September 29th, 2023 I had an appointment to set up online banking. All the employees as well as the bank advisor himself were super polite (I was even offered something to drink while I waited). Unfortunately, the parking spaces they have in front of the door aren't exactly cheap, although it certainly costs more elsewhere and the parking payment system is simpler than any other. I am very satisfied with the appointment, also that I was finished in 40 minutes and they even took an hour for me.

::Very dissatisfied with customer service here! Also in the few manned Branches, very limited hours for manned money operations, also very slow at preforming even in-bank, account to account transfers! Also, does not give enough debt credit for even me or those new customers (3 years already moving over Euro 1,800 each! I may close this account soon, not the other 3 Local bank, they all better in all aspects!!!!
