::I had a very bad experience with Best Audit. They treated me like trash. They were very impersonal; passed me around their office without attempting to form a relationship, and when it was all done sent me a very expensive invoice with no shame. It couldn't have been worse. In November 2017 I needed a quick tax audit for 2017 before the tax year was over. A contact at Best Audit was recommended by a colleague. I reached out to the contact by email. Instead of getting a direct response someone else responded to my email which was forwarded to them. Then for the next 3 weeks, in many individual emails I was asked all the necessary questions to do the audit. This instead of having one phone call or one in person meeting where I could bring all needed documents. I tried calling, never got a call back. I was never informed an estimate for the final cost of the audit, just a hourly rate at one point which gave me a dramatically different estimate compared to what I was finally charged. When I was eventually sent the audit, I asked for a call to discuss my options for the tax year. I was paying an expert to review my tax situation, I expected their advice. This was very difficult to schedule (many emails left unanswered, etc.) and after we finally scheduled the call, my "consultant" never called me. I'd already had such a low quality impression and it was so hard to make that appointment I gave up. All together the estimate cost nearly 1.000 EUR with VAT. When I explained the situation to them, (that I was dissatisfied and was surprised at the invoice), I received a small apology and another reminder to pay the invoice. I don't see how this company expects to stay in business when they are treating their customers and potential customers like chickens in a chicken house. :(
