  Tiny double room and not so comfortable beds. Happy with service, location and value for money.

  Nice staff, decent rooms, solid and central location with walking distance to cafes, food and restaurants, and a close subway station on the main central line. My room had a window which overlooked a courtyard that received deliveries or something at 1am, 3am, 5am, and 6.30am on my first night before a big conference. Suffice it to say, I was unimpressed. I didn't take the breakfast which seemed overpriced. I did manage to book fairly last minute at a reasonable price. The area felt a little city-urban as opposed to a tourist area, which might appeal to some. Would I return? Not in a hurry, but at a push, sure.

  Nice hotel but still are missing facilities to be ****, like mini bar etc. Room is very nice and bed is comfy but too small, I booked double room for single use and got a small room with double bed where is no any space for second person (in double room!!!). This select hotel is the best of Novum, but they are everywhere the same - always cheating. Very good area indeed.

  Absolutely blown away by how lovely this hotel was. We couldn't check in until 2pm but they allowed us to leave our luggage safely to explore the local area. When we checked in the room was beautiful. Very spacious, contempary, had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfier than my own and I didn't think that was possible. Absolutely reccomend this hotel.

  This is a great hotel in an ideal location. The staff are brilliant and Nicole Kruger should be promoted she is an outstanding caring and attentive employee. Its not expensive, which I like, as I am not a fan, on holidays, of opulent over the top accommodation.I love to keep it real and feel part of the community. Thanks Nicole you make this hotel shine especially during my stay. Thank you for checking on me & bringing me tea & a carafe of water when I was sick. I have never had that kind of service anywhere in the world. Kudos
