::This idyllic and very quiet castle hotel is one of my favorites in this price segment The atmosphere is indescribably beautiful - I've been here many times and I will definitely book here again. Although there are also small weaknesses (e.g. due to a lack of staff, unfortunately no restaurant is possible. There is no elevator and the way from the guest house, in which you are staying, to the castle leads over open terrain). But it is still a great experience to stay here. Breakfast is excellent and beautifully presented. The staff is extremely friendly. Anyone who likes to go on excursions in Thuringia and is looking for a quiet and clean hotel with pleasant rooms is in good hands here

::Lovely castle hotel with very friendly and warm service. The rooms and bathrooms are large. In the bathroom they have nice amenities: cotton balls, cotton swabs, hair dryer etc. the castle grounds have a playground for children, archery, and volleyball. I think the website does not do the place justice. Very nice and highly recommend.
