::I haven't seen a waitress/hostess (the blonde one) that arrogant, imprudent and cocky in a looooong time. There was literally noone else besides me, yet she looked super annoyed that she had to "deal with me". So sad that the lovely view and this restaurant's reputation was completely ruined by a random service member.

::I have never stayed in such a horrible hotel in my life. The receptionist treated me very badly. The room had no telephone, no fridge, no one speak English ???and when I asked for a slipper, then they told me to buy it myself, perhaps because I am Saudi and Muslim girl.

::Having lived in Jena for three years, I have yet to check out the JenTower and Restaurant on the top of the largest tower in the “Neue Bundesländer“. We were positively surprised visiting the tower with our one-year old. We followed the tip to buy the Scala Card in the Jena Tourist Info for 10 € which gives you free entrance to the tower and a 10€-voucher in the restaurant. Friendly staff, a baby chair and excellent food, at slightly higher prices than usual, but totally worth the taste experience. The little extra was the truffle-goat-cheese we got served as a complimentary appetizer. Totally recommended. Personal surprise: English menu when scanning the QR code printed on the first page of the menu.

::Horrible service!!! The view was amazing, the room was very specious and overall the whole experience could be really nice. However when I asked during the checkout if I can store the luggage (I’ve been traveling for quite a while, so it was really a lot of stuff) the lady answered in a very rude way, that there is absolutely no possibility and didn’t offer any alternative or suggestion what to do. When I left the hotel strangers approached me, seeing the amount of things I had to carry and offered help. I understand that there might be a policy not to store the luggage, however it can be done in a polite way. Definitely not what you expect from a 4 star hotel!

::I stayed at this hotel during my business visit around Christmas time. Visited Christmas market nearby. The view from the hotel room was amazing. Room is quite modern with all the latest gadgets and electrical control of ambience light and blinds. Staff was friendly at reception and at the terrace bar. This is probably the Best hotel in Jena.
