::Stayed there for only one night. Building is rather old, you can hear other guests through the walls. When I went to the bathroom at night, the neighbors were furiously banging against the wall. All that is nothing that the owners could change without tearing down the building, so it's not really entering the rating. However, the service is probably the most unfriendly one I have ever encountered. At 2.30 pm (on a Saturday) we needed a hairdryer and noticed that there was none in the room. The reception desk was unattended, even though it should have been, according to the info brochure. When we phoned up the mobile phone number we had, the other side said, that nobody from the hotel staff was in town and that he could not help us and that we should deal with it. When we checked out next morning and mentioned this, we were asked why one would need a hairdryer in the afternoon anyway. Not a single apology was offered, neither by the receptionist, nor by the owner of the place. Every complaint was met with condescending remarks and the staff constantly demonstrated their complete unwillingness to help. Ridiculous. Add to this the little things like signs telling you to take off your shoes before entering the rooms and to put them on a special doormat. Breakfast was mediocre but still had a sign telling you not to steal food. Conclusion: Room was okay, and moderately clean. This is the only reason why I'm not rating it with one star. The service (in our experience) was lousy. All in all, definitely not worth the 80€ we paid per night.
