  Unfriendly, because of help, family reunification .... 1st hour, every 2 weeks, I was allowed to see my child. They don’t see the person you’ve lived through ... they only see, it’s bad, the weed. (The father too, that's ok ...)

  The security in the entrance area is often unfriendly and I think they take too much out of some things. They are there to control things but not to explain to me what I e.g. bring along documents! Even my advisor couldn't believe it and said that she often takes too much and sometimes her behavior is inappropriate. Otherwise, the clerks are friendly.
