::Unfriendly, because of help, family reunification .... 1st hour, every 2 weeks, I was allowed to see my child. They don’t see the person you’ve lived through ... they only see, it’s bad, the weed. (The father too, that's ok ...)

::The security in the entrance area is often unfriendly and I think they take too much out of some things. They are there to control things but not to explain to me what I e.g. bring along documents! Even my advisor couldn't believe it and said that she often takes too much and sometimes her behavior is inappropriate. Otherwise, the clerks are friendly.
