  I am very satisfied, there is a very nice employee, Mrs. Ute Schmidt. She gave me very, very good advice and tried to help me do everything that was possible. She has a super friendly charisma and is therefore very friendly. Unfortunately it is only here temporarily, but in case you read this. Keep it up, I can't complain. Of course, all the other employees are just as friendly and helpful. ☺️

  Every concern is handled very competently and uncomplicatedly. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

  Unfortunately there is no telephone availability. Unfortunately, long-term waiting or immediate termination are not effective for the customer. On-site service has been fine so far.

  There is a particularly helpful and friendly employee, Ms. Koch. I only go to her because the younger colleagues usually seem a bit over-the-top. Be careful when parking, however, as they tend to charge money there!
