::It’s very complicated to organise online banking even with the native speaker. A lot of nerves and stress. Yesterday BestSign stopped working for no understandable reason and I have to wait for the letter and cannot use online banking which I need. Girocard is also something uncomfortable in broad ways (specially to pay online) I don’t recommend this bank to anybody. Too complicated, no English support through calls or at their office
