  I tried for the first time to make use of the service of Western Union (WU) for money transfer. It should be done and was supposed to be done in real time (immediately). After completing die transaction, I assumed that the money is delivered. After 6 days, the receiver informed me that no money was in sight. Unfortunately, I did get no Information at all from WU, why this transaction has not been executed. I contacted the reisebank (the shop) and told the employee of the bank about the unpleasant delay. The friendly employee did everything to clear and expedite the situation. Not only they cleared the situation and made it possible that the transaction with second try to be successful, they made me feel also that I am in good hands. The employee was competent, patient, polite, assuring and very helpful. The service orientation was excellent. Thank you reisebank Hamburg-Hauptbanhof for your service.
