  It's no secret that postmen are the last. The DHL guy likes to throw in notes instead of ringing the doorbell. As a result, you wait at least an hour at a post office, the bank wants to play even though they can't even process the customers who have to collect their parcels in a reasonable time. Although the staff is mostly friendly, it is a mystery to me how you can seriously try to open an account to the customer at every opportunity without exception. This branch is also chronically understaffed, which contributes to the chagrin of those who allow themselves to be deceived into thinking they are in a real bank, as they have to compensate for the work of the parcel carriers.
