  Very friendly and faster service. The online appointment booking also was elaborate and easy. We also had a document translated to English for us to understand the terms better.

  Horrible branch! I am going to withdraw every single Euro from this horrible bank. I called them up as I had a few questions and I asked them if anybody spoke English as my German wasn’t the greatest, this guy who picked up the call said no, then I was going to try with my broken German but he just hung up. I called them again, this guy picked up and just hung up again. He never bothered to say anything. Extremely poor customer service. PLEASE GO TO OTHER BANKS. Don’t put your money here. Update: called them up again, and this lady picked up. She hung up as soon as I asked her if she spoke English! What is wrong with the bank?
