::Bank bad, employees good. The queue was long, I had to pay to cash a check coming from my account that I don't even know yet why was cancelled, but nonetheless I have to say the employees who attend me were fast, polite and helpful.

::Hateful people! The two employees i ve dealt with didn't even take the time to listen to me. Although it was the opening they said they have no time for a customer. They were quite impolite, unfriendly, not helpful and just told me to better go to another post back office 30km away... these guys do not deliver any service. I hope i never have to go there anyone again!

::Absolutely horrendous service with a minimum of 20 minutes waiting time on weekdays. You must be able to speak German to get anything out of them, even then, a curt yes or no is all you're going to get. Staffed by middle-aged locals who are close to retirement, you enter a world where you have to forget everything about modern service, convenience and international standards of logistics. I was there twice to pick up a packet and both times, I heard the staff speak unnecessarily loud and rudely to the customer, once to me and once to a poor German lady who was there to send a packet. Please, for your sake, have the mail directly sent to your house!!!
