  I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I guarantee you that this branch is not bad! You can always get a desirable result. Big thanks to Christian Heinrichs for helping Ukrainian and Russian community, great guy!

  The worst bank branch that I ever see. I think the way that they behave with customers is the worst. we have 2 appointments with 2 different person, it was like nightmare. I can not imagine how the basic services take 2 days. I have decided to close my Sparkasse account and open new bank account as soon as possible. I can say there is no customer service with this branch. I guess every one who need a bit help will be agree with me. You can try it easily. in reception, only say I forget the person who I have an appointment.

  Quick and simple ! When you deposit some money, it shows up immediately in your account. Transfer from sparkasse to sparkasse is almost immediately (comparing to Deutsche Bank, it would take 2-3 days). Large parking places for free in the first 45 Min.
