::It's rare to see such rude employees as here, and dealing with customers who don't speak German very well, you can really tell from the tone that employees use, like the older lady who shakes her head a bit, that she probably has something against foreigners... luckily I really only have to go here in exceptional cases...

::The last shop! An employee whose audacity cannot be surpassed!!! There are twenty people at the door at 12 p.m. to pick up their packages and the branch simply closes an hour and a half earlier. As if that wasn't enough cheekiness, the employee stands inside, looks at me and simply ignores my question whether she's closed and at the same time ignores the fact that she saw that so many people are standing there. It's one thing to close early, but to simply ignore someone is an outrage! Missed the job!
