  Very competent advice from Mr. Weiß, who was always friendly. I don't regret choosing this bank at all. Making the appointment was just as quick and smooth.

  I canceled my accounts/credit cards as of December 31, 2021. I was able to access everything until the end of January and unfortunately the account switching service also worked poorly. If you specify a deadline well in advance, a bank will usually be able to have the accounts closed the following day. Unfortunately, the consultants here work in a very unstructured and not customer-friendly manner. All in all, the most important thing is that I am now in the very best hands at Sparkasse Neunkirchen. I hope that Bank1Saar will one day operate at the same level.

  Since the beginning there have only been problems and unfriendly staff on the phone! I've been waiting for a call back from my bank advisor for days now, but I know from experience that it can take weeks. Called 7 times today and each time they said I would be called back. Well, you're off work now and I have 0 information. Loading dirt
