  We had to stay here to catch an early flight. The room was cheaply priced for four of us, so expectations were low, but we were greeted by extremely warm and friendly staff, the children were offered fruit and chocolate, the room had free mineral water and coffee and was clean, attractive and accommodating. We will definitely use Novotel again!

  Booked this so that we could access Munich airport going to and from a trip. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, by taking the shuttle bus 635, which stops right across the street from the hotel. This will make getting back to the airport a breeze. Hotel is very clean. Seamless and friendly check-in where we were informed of all the facilities. Rooms are clean and well designed for a short stay. Includes nice toiletries and bottled water and nespresso with selection of tea and coffee and milk. Beds are very comfortable with nice duvets and pillows. Room temperature is excellent for sleeping with quiet fan. We had dinner at the restaurant and were able to get something healthy with wine etc. great service from the waitress. Fun touch is the robot that brings out food from the kitchen to the dining area. Made everyone smile. It’s a modern hotel and its space is functional. It ticked all the boxes and good value. Would recommend, and will be staying again on returning from our trip.

  Really good! Access by bus is quickest and cheapest from Terminal 1. Hotel really good with communicating info via Booking after making the reservation too. Really nice looking rooms, very comfy bed and well priced. Staff really nice as well.

  Great location near munich airport with excellent bus access to the terminals. The bus stops right in front of hotel and takes less than 10 minutes to arrive at the terminals. Rooms are cozy and food and service are great. Best of all they've got a robot that delivers food to the tables. What a unique and fun thing.

  Check in was super kind and efficient and I was very pleasantly surprised by the lovely attention in my room (due to my status and loyalty). My room was absolutely beautiful and I loved the convenience of the location of the hotel. I didn’t have breakfast neither drink but the bar restaurant seemed comfortable and I had a Ceasar salad from the restaurant in my room which was really good.
