::Lovely hotel, rooms are great value, staff are very helpful and friendly, food and drink in the bar restaurant is very good didn't have a bad meal there during my stay, only small thing for me , was that there wasn't any tea/coffee making facilities in my room, would have been 5 star if it had that.

::Found this hotel whilst searching hotels.com in desperation whilst sitting on the runway of Munich airport in the famous white out blizzard at the beginning of December. And what a refuge! I arrived at 2am and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Nice room and a great breakfast. The local village of Unterschleißheim (10 mins walk away) is very friendly, with great bakeries. Highly recommended 👌

::Why a room with such dark decor? The room was comfortable but why not lighter colours? - make guests feel cheerful about their surroundings? I paid €180 per night (not cheap) and you couldn't clean the room? Even every 2 days? I see you emptied the rubbish bin each day, but that was all. A used coffee cup from the first morning was left on the desk for 4 days. Could no one have collected it sooner? I regret - very disappointing experience.

::Very charming hotel with convenient amenities. During the winter the heaters are quite comfortable; however, they seem to just provide a fan for the summer (No AC). The morning breakfast is well served and tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful, too, both at the front desk and the restaurant/bar. They accept credit cards and have some parking underground. One detail I would suggest they change is the shower, since it was a super small glass panel that doesn’t really do much for the water to not get out while showering.
