  The food and beverage experience was faultless. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Our room was clean, lovely and quiet. We particularly appreciate the service and hospitality provided by Sunny from the food and beverage team at the bar in the lounge/reception area. Location for my office by the Messe was great. Service at reception was not exactly warm and friendly. I for some reason was asked to prepay my entire stay which seemed odd.

  The rooms were clean and organized. The location is nice(1 min from the metro station). No near by markets . 👎🏻no water offered to the rooms except the single carbonated bottle you get when you arrive! 👎🏻the breakfast was very poor and not taking in to consideration the difference in people preference. 👎🏻no smoking rooms so you have to go out in the very bad weather to smoke. 👎🏻I tried to call the reception on no(0) did not answer then i have asked the reception about the no. They told me you have to dial 2 and didn’t get answer too. The hotel is quiet. The staff is good especially Henna who helped us so much and make the stay delightful for us.

  Breakfast lady Suzi is so friendly and professional, we liked breakfast and she made our day! Staff Sarah and an elder gentleman are so helpful, friendly and welcoming, they help us a lot to find the correct power adapter without impatience ! The pitty that the other day we found a towel with blood stain, but the gentleman assisted to change it very soon, not so helpful for power adapter issue. Also there is strange hair within coffee box in the room. Overall, we would recommend the hotel,most staff are friendly.

  Good hotel in a good location. We came to Frankfurt for the NFL game. All hotels were much more expensive than normally - but we thought this one was still fair priced. The location is great. Metro within few steps and a big mall very close. The rooms are satisfactory. Nothing too fancy but it’s clean and works well. The only thing we didn’t really like is that we asked for our room not to be cleaned and when we came back from the city, we realized the housekeepers were in anyway.

  Convenient location and very good value for money. Great for a short stay before a flight. Comfortable, modern rooms, very helpful staff. At one of our stays, they sent me an adapter I had forgotten in the room to my forwarding address.
