::This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This place is in a terrible neighborhood with junkies doing and selling drugs just outside the front door. The walls were like paper so I could hear everything happening in the hallways and people coming and going at all hours of the night. My room was the first one off the lobby. When I arrived, there were no pillows and no TV remote. I had to ask for pillows. Every day there was a sewage smell coming from the shower. I could hear as other rooms above and around me were flushing their toilets and taking a shower. The beds were hard as a rock. I think what was the most insulting was the fact that our group had booked at the Flemings Frankfurt City in a much nicer part of town and 3 days before our event, they informed us that they had double booked and then moved us to the WORST hotel in their chain giving us no options. Where were we going to find a hotel with conference space in just 3 days time?? Our group (which has millions of employees worldwide) will never do business with Flemings again.

::Mr Najeeb who helms at the counter is excellent. He engages with customers attentive and handled my case with efficiency and effectiveness. Location is superb, lots of yummy eateries in the area. The cleanliness in the room is very good, the tea/coffee provided are of good quality. However, the pillows are way too soft, we felt as if there are no pillows provided. And the bathroom is not quite desirable. 1) The shower head is spoilt, water splashed all over and 2) the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, water leaks every time we shower and wet the floor. We had experienced 2 rooms on 2 occasions on 27 to 30 Dec and 8-9 Jan. Both rooms have the same problems.

::Very handy to the train station, easy to find and easy to check in which was via their digital portal on site. The room was comfortable, new and well designed. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we wanted to have dinner there at the restaurant but they were unable to provide it due to staff availability. However, there were many restaurants close by.

::Very affordable and nice hotel overall. Had a really pleasant stay. Very well located near the station. We had booked the room for two. However our room was set up for just one person with a small blanket, one towel, one pillow and one coffee sachet. Which even for one person was pretty poor but for two people it was completely inappropriate. After letting staff know it was only set up for one that said they would bring up more supplies and never did. Even after asking again I was just passed a new pillow and towel to take up myself. Ended up sleeping under a single person blanket. Fairly poor service from the staff.

::Surprisingly turned out to be a pretty good hotel for the price; you can often find it discounted or lower than nearby hotels. It's at a pretty good location, as it's right by the train hub and only a few minutes from the entertainment district. Check in is pretty much self check-in via screens; the rooms are clean with showers and large enough. There's also a restaurant on the lower levels. There's not many staff, so sometimes gets difficult to ask questions or get something. They have luggage storage which worked well if you need to drop off early or even pick it up after you've checked out.
