::Had a lost parcel and finally got refunded after one month of pestering them about my parcel. The staff were very rude on the phone and also on email. Will not reccommend and will go directly to the UK next time for all the British products. Giant shame this company is! Lost what could have been a regular customer if been dealt with in a proper polite and British manner.
