::Very poor service. Very slow to change the prices on the shelves despite being told about an item with the wrong price on it took a week for the displayed price to be changed. Very unresponsive to complaints, I complained by email twice with no reply. The shop is desperate need of self service tills this would solve the problem of very long queues which I almost always encounter when shopping there at peak times. At present they have three tills but usually only one is in use. When there are long queues they seem to only open another till when a customer asked instead of having the sense to realise it would make sense to do so. Most of the people behind the tills are poor and not aware of offers (there are two however who are very good to be fare). Despite offering replacement Soda Stream gas canisters the person at the till had no idea about it for example. They often don't have items I require. I don't go there through choice only the fact they are the closest.
