  Big and clean room, very friendly and cheerful staff. The bathroom is a bit small and the parking a little bit expensive (18 euros per day). The food in general and the atmosphere are excellent.

  How a hotel in the middle of Hamburg can label itself "business hotel" and offer it clients awful WiFi connection, is a puzzle for me! I will definitely never go there when on business travel. Could not use the evening tondo my work, which frustrated my whole trip.

  Amazing breakfast! Clean rooms. Enough plug points in the rooms and they have the one thing I always miss, a plug point at the bedside. Washing service is a bit expensive and there is no supermarket anywhere close by. Bus stop 3 is very close by. They have underground parking and a cafe open to public. There is a coffee machine in the room as well as a minibar.

  Rooms only average, nothing special for a 4 star hotel, but a great breakfast buffet :)

  Nice rooms comfortable. District is a bit industrial so slightly further from tourist attractions. No breakfast included disappointing as this was expensive. Pricey mini bar but delicious coffee in room. No pool or sauna Friendly staff.
