::Big and clean room, very friendly and cheerful staff. The bathroom is a bit small and the parking a little bit expensive (18 euros per day). The food in general and the atmosphere are excellent.

::How a hotel in the middle of Hamburg can label itself "business hotel" and offer it clients awful WiFi connection, is a puzzle for me! I will definitely never go there when on business travel. Could not use the evening tondo my work, which frustrated my whole trip.

::Amazing breakfast! Clean rooms. Enough plug points in the rooms and they have the one thing I always miss, a plug point at the bedside. Washing service is a bit expensive and there is no supermarket anywhere close by. Bus stop 3 is very close by. They have underground parking and a cafe open to public. There is a coffee machine in the room as well as a minibar.

::Nice rooms comfortable. District is a bit industrial so slightly further from tourist attractions. No breakfast included disappointing as this was expensive. Pricey mini bar but delicious coffee in room. No pool or sauna Friendly staff.
