::It's unbelievable what the UKSH Lübeck does to you. My surgery was postponed for the 7th time. At the last 3 surgery appointments there were promises that I would have surgery. Yet nothing has been done yet. They say there are emergencies. My health is now an emergency. Considering I've already had blood infusions. From the last cancellation, I'm still waiting for a call back today regarding a new appointment. Such impudence! You should complain to management... They have now postponed me 9 times. Emergencies?! At some point you have to tell yourself that this patient can no longer be postponed and needs to be operated on. Simply inhumane!

::I was able to have my son in the great clinic and am still very grateful to the whole team! Despite the circumstances, they made it possible for me to have a great birth! You notice how competent every single employee is and how sensitive they are to their patients! Even on the maternity ward we can only report positive experiences. I would like to thank all the midwives, doctors and nurses for their tireless efforts and that my son was born healthy and happy.

::Station A018 is the worst station I have been to so far. And friendly staff and then sweet spreads for dinner and no wrap option. And then my little one had to wait 30 minutes for his milk

::It can't be that my heart operation is being postponed for the second time. The first time I sat in a lounge for 8 hours, after more than 4 hours it was explained that I couldn't answer because there were too many emergencies, but that I should take care of all the calls (how were I to stay in a lounge for 8 hours). A new appointment was made with the information that I would definitely have an operation. The call just came that the second appointment couldn't be held due to a strike. Date 3 is also uncertain. I should come to the clinic, there is no guarantee that I will receive the urgently needed operation It's about heart surgery, not some banal cosmetic surgery. The lives and nerves and fears of patients and their relatives are treated more than badly here.

::Some time ago I was admitted to the university via RTW after an unexpected epileptic seizure/grand mal. What happened there really surprised me: The following investigations were carried out: None! The following treatments were carried out: None! After waiting two hours, I was released home and told to see a neurologist. Thanks to my family doctor, I got the appointment "quicker" - in two weeks - six months after I was admitted to university. A great feeling and the impression of having been given security. Thank you for absolutely nothing!
