  Very friendly and helpful staff. Get a quick appointment for examination and surgery. Very good care before and after the operation Everything went great during the follow-up examination. If I have anything again, I'll definitely go back. thanks again

  Dr. Heemken is the only good thing about this practice. In my opinion, the staff is quite unfriendly and in acute cases you get an appointment in 2 months, despite constant pain. It's quite a shame that there doesn't seem to be a time slot for urgent concerns and that patients continue to accept weeks of pain when making appointments.

  I got an appointment quickly and was greeted very friendly. All my questions were answered carefully and I felt comfortable. The treating doctor was also highly recommended. Although there were many patients, the doctor and the intern exuded a calmness and composure during the treatment that took away my nervousness and tension. The intern noticed when patients were not relaxed and knew exactly how to calm them down. I can't understand the negative comments :)

  So far we can speak of three positive impressions. My son (little soccer player) previously had to come as an emergency patient, of course with a short waiting time. The reception and the medical team were very polite and friendly. During our stay, a real bloody emergency occurred, and it was clear that these patients had priority. I can only shake my head at some of the reviews here. Despite all of this, we received great treatment. I hope that they occasionally get a smile and praise as a team. That makes the day a little nicer. They do good things.

  My doctor was very nice but I faced problem at reception because they don't speak English
