  Asked to have a fridge ordered in. 3 days later (after finally managing to get transport there) was told it wasn't in. Helpful people in store, not so accurate with holding onto items that get ordered in specially.

  Because i studied here in Bielefeld i needed a laptop. In the netherlands, where i live, mediamarkt is one of the biggest electronic mall and they also have the lowest price guarantee so that's why i went to mediamarkt. Anyway, i bought the laptop and within 6 months i got an error what the message that i didn't had any Windows on my laptop, so it was a defect. I went back to mediamarkt to give this very nice laptop back and after one week i received a message with ' you need to pay 45 euro' s for the reparation'. After this master joke i called the nice English speaking personnel and they explained really clear that 'it could be that i deleted my windows'... I thought that this guy was making another master joke but he was quite serious. I explained him that i will fix that nice laptop on my own and that they shouldn't try to fix anything because it's nonsense to pay. By the way : i had a broken harddisk so it isn't even a software problem. Anyhow I'm quite curious how this nice fairy-tale will end. They will get 1 star of me and that's because i cannot give minus stars.
