::Because i studied here in Bielefeld i needed a laptop. In the netherlands, where i live, mediamarkt is one of the biggest electronic mall and they also have the lowest price guarantee so that's why i went to mediamarkt. Anyway, i bought the laptop and within 6 months i got an error what the message that i didn't had any Windows on my laptop, so it was a defect. I went back to mediamarkt to give this very nice laptop back and after one week i received a message with ' you need to pay 45 euro' s for the reparation'. After this master joke i called the nice English speaking personnel and they explained really clear that 'it could be that i deleted my windows'... I thought that this guy was making another master joke but he was quite serious. I explained him that i will fix that nice laptop on my own and that they shouldn't try to fix anything because it's nonsense to pay. By the way : i had a broken harddisk so it isn't even a software problem. Anyhow I'm quite curious how this nice fairy-tale will end. They will get 1 star of me and that's because i cannot give minus stars.
