  I do not understand such bad evaluations 🤔 everything is always tidy, fast service, no doubt a good team, very nice staff, from the security to the reception staff themselves. Every time we have to do the deadlines, everything is done, the phone is contacted, the emails are answered quickly and in detail .. and no matter what we visit here, every time we go out in a good mood, even because of the consulate staff, the mood improves by itself very sincere and good as well as very responsible for the work, explains everything calmly, kindly and without any urgency, communicates with the common man as with his illness.

  Contact by email is not personal, without any surnames; help unwilling and unable to help. More than once, I have come across this institution - and I keep asking myself what purpose this institution was set up for - unprofessional and unqualified customer service, even offensive. Are Lithuanians worthy of such representations? It is no coincidence that people are emigrating en masse from Lithuania. I had to face many institutions in the course of life, the most repulsive are found in Lithuania, and especially in Berlin! ..

  I was today at the LT embassy, a very helpful women gave me some information on why the online booking system doesn't work & some tipps on what to do next. Ačiū labai!
