  They won’t help me! I need a new passport! I have a son in USA who needs me and I can’t go to western union without an ID to pick up money. I am stranded and being harassed by mean people! President Trump is in my hometown in USA and I am going to tell his assistant to contact this embassy.

  My mother is in the process of obtaining a B2 visa with them and they told her to send in her passport to grant her the visa. However, the embassy has not returned her passport for over 3 weeks and every time we call, they just deflect and or hang up! How hard can it be to add a stamp on a passport and return it?! Also, how hard can it be to be nice to people who have questions about their visa status? For future visa matters, I will probably work with another german-american embassy in Germany (as they have several). Disaster and the worst customer service. DO NOT START YOUR VISA PROCESS WITH THE BERLIN EMBASSY! GO TO ANOTHER ONE!

  There is a complete bit*h who keeps hanging up on people after telling them to go to the website--as you can see by all the same comments about her. Not every piece of info is on the website. This lady needs to be fired. I've been trying to get to someone else for days and no replies to my emails. She is complete trash. FIRE THE RECEPTIONIST.
