  We have been helped by one of the salesperson to find the right fit for our friend Bright’s birthday. She managed to find the perfect fit, only based on our description of our friend (he was not even there). Here is the result. He is very happy. Thanks again!!

  I bought a Levi’s vintage 1947 501 in the Berlin store at Alexanderplatz at 10.10, but felt not suitable and tried to return 30 mins later. Then I was informed by the staff to return it directly when the store manager come on Monday 12.10. However I was told on Monday that it is not able to be returned and refunded. I do not understand why the staff promised me but it turns out to be a lie. And the store manager even accused me that his colleague cannot be wrong and I was the one who tell the lie???!!! Then why should I buy a ticket and travel through Berlin to the store just for this?? I have even made changes with my later travel plan in Berlin. It is just ridiculous because I felt like I was cheated and insulted by Levi’s staffs who tried just to sell jeans for me. Totally disrespectful!!

  Very rude staff. Picked up a pair of jeans to buy. Was then talked down to as if I were a child and told to put them back. They have some strange rules there about customers touching the clothes they want buy. Won't be going back.

  Rude service. As someone not confident in their current body size, I'd prefer to peruse the sizes and pick out my own. I was instead ordered not to touch the stacks of jeans myself and instead tell a male employee what size I needed instead. I felt very unwelcome. Levi's lost a longtime fan today unfortunately.
