  Unfortunately not satisfied with the service. There was a customer outside the store. I was not greeted and looked at 2 shoes, I tried them even though they were too big for me. The employees have not even looked at me, let alone asked if I can manage or if I need help or if you could bring me the right size. After 10 minutes, there was still no one and that when the store was empty. Then I prefer to shop elsewhere. I am a retailer myself and think that you do not have to give your customer a break if you do not mind his job. Too bad.

  The staff was quite friendly. They quickly helped me find a shoe that fit my description, and they put up with my poor attempt at speaking German. I will definitely return when I need shoes again.

  Like every other Görtz shop everywhere, but with higher prices.
