  The best Hotel in Hamburg!!! Had an amazing experience. A surprisingly excellent and unique Bar and a very good restaurant(not my Typ of food but pretty good). Agents at the Front desk are always there to help and with a smile on their faces. Also got some really good tips of what to do in Hamburg during my stay here. The Room I got was an executive type and was just memorable, what a view!!! And with all the amenities you can wish for. Overall was just an amazing experience and can't wait to be back.

  Excellent hotel in the heart of Hamburg. Well appointed rooms, an attentive staff and a prime location. Rooms are well designed with comfortable beds. Very clean. Recommended!

  The hotel is great. Conveniently located near the train station and a nice walk to the city center. The lake view rooms offer spectacular views to a very nice lake. Rooms were quite nice and modern. Comfortable bedding and chairs. Breakfast was really good with excellent quality. Covid-wise, everyone acted responsibly so that’s a plus for me. I had a complementary room upgrade which was quite nice. The room had both a bathtub and a shower cabinet. Staff was very friendly and professional. One draw back is that the hotel had no room service and the only available restaurant was extremely expensive for a regular day dinner. So your only option will be to walk out for food.
