  In the branch in Drochtersen today I was treated substandardly and "advised" by an employee in a pre-booked consultation. She was clearly overwhelmed in every way by my request, even though she had a week to prepare for the appointment. She tried several times to cover this up with a bold demeanor and belittling questions. Examples: “How do you imagine that?”, “Have you Googled this information?” "Who told you that?" "I don't need anything like that." etc. In short, I was treated like a supplicant and should clearly be put in my place. The etiquette really, really urgently needs an impressive follow-up training. Conclusion: Never again!

  Super poor advice and support in the branch and arrogant behavior of those responsible when complaints are made. Internet banking is probably the best. At least you will be taken seriously as a customer

  I was a loyal and honest customer for 15 years, everything always worked and I was very satisfied... now unfortunately my account was canceled because of 20 euros and a person who had expired. I think after 15 years every bank should be able to talk to a long-term customer If there are problems, it's a shame...
