  One star for one day of service. For me it's not a bank, it's just an ATM. There is no service at all anymore. If I want to go to the bank, I have to go somewhere else to do something straight away. It's not possible to always make an appointment. Sparkasse used to have better service.

  Nice employees, but the counters are only open on 1 1/2 days. Appointments are otherwise only by appointment, that's definitely better, but the superiors☹ determine the process - as always. The boss is always right, but sometimes he doesn't always have the right view.

  Nobody there during the week except Tuesday and Thursday, I think it's a shame! Saving at the wrong end!
