::One star for one day of service. For me it's not a bank, it's just an ATM. There is no service at all anymore. If I want to go to the bank, I have to go somewhere else to do something straight away. It's not possible to always make an appointment. Sparkasse used to have better service.

::Nice employees, but the counters are only open on 1 1/2 days. Appointments are otherwise only by appointment, that's definitely better, but the superiors☹ determine the process - as always. The boss is always right, but sometimes he doesn't always have the right view.
