  Never reachable no matter what it is about. Even with an appointment it's just a disaster and when you finally meet someone you get advice from unfriendly and unhelpful employees, as far as you can even call it advice. I can't recommend it.

  I am absolutely disappointed with this branch. The tone with customers is sublime. Disrespectful, unfriendly and no matter which employee. You are not given the opportunity to speak out. You're immediately thrown into your mouth. When you ask for an appointment to close your account, you are fobbed off with the words “Ask your new bank if they do that. It’s quicker.” For me, it was the last time I ever used a service at the Sparkasse, let alone opened an account there.

  Unfriendly staff who covertly make fun of you if you don't know. If you want to cancel an account, you absolutely need an appointment that you have to wait forever for.

  Poor service, refusal to communicate and the customer has to bear the costs for errors on the part of the savings bank.
