  Never reachable no matter what. Even with an appointment it is simply a disaster and when you finally meet someone you will be advised by unfriendly and unhelpful employees as far as you can call that advice. I can't recommend it.

  I am absolutely disappointed by this branch. The tone with the customers is under all cannon. Disrespectful, unfriendly and no matter which employee. It is not given the opportunity to talk out. Immediately one is driven over the mouth. When asking for an appointment to cancel a contract, you are fed off with the words "ask your new bank, if that makes it, because it's faster". For me it was the last time that I have ever used a service at Sparkasse let alone opened an account there.

  Unfriendly staff, which makes fun of you when you don't know. If you want to cancel an account, you definitely need an appointment that you have to wait forever.
