  Very rude on the phone and the doctors in there don't know the truth. Only bad. I shouldn't give any stars

  I was on ward 3 in the Wertinger Hospital and I have to say, very, very well. The sisters were very nice and competent. I felt completely comfortable 👍

  I was given the wrong tablets during my stay - I normally didn't have to take any so I asked. Then I was asked in a rather panicked manner whether I had taken it (of course I didn't). Says a lot about staff overload. They're trying their best, but it just doesn't work.

  People do what they can within their means. I don't want to have to trade places with them. Maybe some armchair farters who only give one star should consider this.

  Unfortunately I can't enter zero stars. I'm totally shocked and disappointed with this KH. Emergency room was ok though. Although at first we had to look for sisters. Dr. Oliveri was super great. He took his time and was very precise. He advised me to stay stationary. So I thought okay. However, I didn't know what was coming. Wishy-washy examinations. Very bad night care. Was yelled at. Because I was in so much pain, I rang the doorbell several times. That's what a hospital is there for. The nurse said I should rest now because the other patients wanted to sleep. I even had to call my house one night and get help so I only got help from the hospital. Mess!!!!!!!!!! And I had a small child at home. If possible, I won't go there again. And I'm not the only one who has had such experiences.
