::I had the best birth experience. In the delivery room, on the ward... great staff everywhere, who lack neither competence and professionalism nor warmth, helpfulness and friendliness. And in such a large hospital! My respect and thank you very much! Go on like that!

::Unfriendly and incompetent nurses/carers... no one really has any insight... communication is zero... we will never go to this clinic with our child again! At the end we were able to hear from a doctor that our daughter (2 years old!), who is very strange and screams during examinations, is worth it because she hates being unmannered!! Are you crazy? Only a few nurses and doctors were sensitive and understanding... horrible. Everyone is incompetent and has no idea what they are doing. I'm shocked..

::5 stars are still not enough for this clinic. We have been here with my 3 month old son since yesterday. And I have never felt as comfortable as I did in this clinic. My son has been battling one for weeks Severe skin rash. And in Munich nobody could/wouldn’t help us… That's why we're here. You can see improvements right after the first night and the nurses are really so caring and interested in their patients and the worried parents. I'm really so happy that after weeks we're finally in good hands! Absolutely recommended!!!!’

::Today I went to the emergency room with my son - 4 months old. The admission was a complete disaster, followed by a long stay in a mini waiting room full to the brim. We should always leave the window open because of the bacteria etc. Super cool! My son had a fever, an allergic reaction that was obvious to everyone on his face and was really “over it”. We were sent straight from the normal children's outpatient clinic to the emergency room, we are also there because of several health problems my son has on file, I have mentioned that several times. But the young lady behind the counter didn't care. In the end I had to let myself be made stupid.

::Worst experience in giving birth and attention for my new born. What’s wrong with some nurses???? You guys are dealing with newborns and mothers, it’s a very sensible service that needs to improve. I will Be sending a formal complaint email.
