::I felt at Prof. Dr. Arlt and his great team are in excellent hands. A very careful approach made the examination very easy for me. Thank you for that.

::I was admitted to the emergency room on Thursday evening because of severe lower abdominal pain. I was completely examined, stayed there on the doctors' advice and had a colonoscopy the next day. I was treated top notch by the sister, nurses and doctors and super nice and well organized. Everything was great during my operation 5 weeks ago. If hospital then only there. I take my hat off to the staff because some patients have such an impossible time dealing with the staff, but the staff stay calm and do their work. Such patients should really be thrown out the door.

::Good morning, I have been diabetic myself for 31 years and was hired at the Elisabeth Children's Hospital back then. What is going on there today is a catastrophe and cannot be compared to back then. Unfortunately, my daughter is now also suffering from diabetes and is still being treated in the outpatient clinic. In the four years we have been there, the fourth change of doctor is just around the corner. Four doctors in just under four years? How are you supposed to build trust? Everything around it, be it the appointment arrangement or the parking situation, was worse than inadequate. It can sometimes happen that our daughter has to be excused from school because of an appointment. If we don't want that, there will be discussions...the Alps are more flexible! The absolute highlight: we are now threatened with contacting the youth welfare office because of our daughter's poor blood sugar levels. We go there so that they can help us, we can also diagnose poor blood sugar values ourselves, solutions would be good... changing the BASAL RATE of the pump, e.g. B but you still have to point this out to the “technical staff”. I'm extremely disappointed!
