::I have received the best imaginable treatment at the B6 station of the clinic. Coming for a scheduled surgery I was treated with enormous care by all the team members of the station. Arriving to the clinic, one is overwhelmed by a mix of emotions and worries… I am very grateful for the professionalism of the medical team including nurses, anesthesiologists and surgeons. Big thanks to Dr. Slavikova and Dr. Vincenti for creating together with the team the most warmhearted conditions to women in their most sensitive moments. I am sorry, I do not remember all the names but I want to say thank you: * To Ms Janorschke for her encouraging and energetic spirit * To the secretary showing personally the way to a specialists, navigating the building * To the nurse greeting at the entrance to the station and preparing for the day * To the nurse holding your hand and saying that everything will be fine * To the nurse bringing you to the surgery floor and saying “see you soon!” * To the anesthesiologist offering a hydrating spray for the throat ( because you may not drink for a long time) * To the anesthesiologist asking if you thought of the dream you want to see :) * To the anesthesiologist who said “I will be there for you all the time” * To the nurse who brings green tea after the surgery and says you can ask for more any time * To the nurse who makes the bandage and then comes again and again to help when it gets loose * To the doctor who comes after surgery and gives the details and even a funny story (special thanks for that) * To the night nurse checking up on you * To the volunteers making all the measurements * To the cleaning lady making the whole room shine and wishing you all the best * To the physiotherapist showing you exercises and encouraging to walk under supervision * To the doctor who asks you if you are ready to see how it looks * To the doctor who shares all the scientific details and also recommends talking to a psychologist just to get a different/ additional perspective * To the doctor who sacrifices her lunch break and much more to be there for the patients * To all the other people I encountered- for your kindness and compassion I wish this wonderful team helps many women get healthy and stay healthy!

::I have never experienced a doctor yelling at me while I could barely think because of the pain. Incompetent, rude, unprofessional...to treat the patient in the emergency room, the doctor acted as if he had no time at all and thousands of patients were waiting outside the door (while only one single lady waiting outside). Firstly, he asks me why I came here to the hospital and didn't go to my family doctor? at 07h in the morning I don't know which family doctor is open...secondly, he asks me what I do for a living? then I think to myself what does my work have to do with my acute pain?! thirdly, how old am I?! and in front of him was my date of birth.....instead of checking my throat and abdominal pain full, he blathered on with unnecessary questions... Anyway I had Corona and unfortunately did not know that such persistent symptoms with three vaccinations could be the cause in any case...the best thing is at the end and after max 10min we were asked if we needed a report..that shocked me very much ..strangely enough, the doctor has time for paperwork but he couldn't treat a patient.......Very, very sad for the country.

::We visited the general checkup (chest pain)for the chest however there was a long waiting period I have asked a couple of times for the staff and they said it is normal waiting time .If something happens who is responsible. After a long wait of 3 hr I got an appointment .In my opinion it is too irresponsible of the staff . No matter what other patients if something is related to the heart they have to give more priority.I totally understand concern for other patients however if something is related to heart the patient/person would be first person. I have an impression that Germany has a good health care system and my assumption are totally wrong.

::I dont want to be biased so giving this star to a small bunch of nurses who were kind to me during this whole process and really appreciate their effort. Being from Biological field and having being working with some doctor's in past, it was a shock when I had to go to klinikum Freising when I had my leg fractured just because orthopedics did not have any appointments free until 1 week. Not sure if it is normal in this country to think that people can heal on their own no matter what if they have public insurance. Anyways after a long wait (which I can still accept), I was taken to some room where the so called doctor asked me what was the diagnosis in the country where accident happened. Ok, this is still acceptable as he probably wanted to crosscheck. I was then told without showing me any X-ray that I need an operation. No explanation of what has happened, no justification but just insisting on operation. The nurses were unfriendly except 2. The doctor didn't even take a look at my leg or moved it, or asked me to move fingers etc. but just told me that I will get all the details when I make an appointment for operation. Don't know if here emergency means person is on death bed or not because we were waiting for 112 for 2h and then somehow managed to go to clinic on our own somehow. Totally disappointed in medical system here. I can understand that nurses and doctors work a lot, have too many patients, we need to wait and so on. But i cannot understand the diagnosis without even thorough checking and insisting on giving details after we make an operation appointment.

::The doctors at the hospital for emergency checks are unkind and unsympathetic. Their treatment is unfriendly and no sick person should suffer because of this just because they got sick over the weekend.
