::I made appointment in this facility and after waiting for 50min with 2month old baby I was admitted in and doctor seated me without even giving me a chance to explain why did I come. I tried to say why I am there, despite that the whole appointment lasted 2min and I was quickly dismissed without any explaination/advice whatsoever. Gery very negative experience.

::That was the worst doctor visit experience that I have ever experienced! I don't think Frau Dr. Hartmann did not focus on my symptoms and the problem. I feel anxious about the condition of my eye, but I feel more anxious after I visited the doctor.

::Was greeted with "You're in Germany, you should speak German not English". Very rude and impolite. Stay away.

::Impolite doctor, who didn't want to speak English. He didn't comment anything about my diagnosis, just gave me prescriptions. The other stuff was nice.
