::I've been with my son for 12 years now - in the Kbo since birth - because he was born extremely premature. The doctors and therapists are all really nice, very competent and I am sure that the best is always done for my son. BUT why I only give it 3 stars: the old kbo center was closed, the new one is nice - but the parking shortage has become much worse because the few parking spaces at the old children's center have been lost for almost 2 weeks now. It's now simply cordoned off but the area is empty...And you're searching with several other parents who also drive in a loop, now longer than the entire journey time, that's pure stress. Some even park in no-parking zones out of necessity in order to be able to keep their appointments. Because you shouldn't be late. Is there a remedy in sight?

::Went to Dr. with our newborn daughter. We went to the crying clinic and were given the best advice. A lot of time was taken and we were given advice and recommendations that were tailored to our needs and we were able to immediately achieve an improvement/shortening of the crying phases. In addition, the kbo is now very new, bright and friendly. Are incredibly grateful for Dr. Schieches great care!

::I would prefer not to give a star. I wanted to register my child for a psychological diagnosis at the clinic. I sent off the registration form and the findings, and after two weeks the letter came back to me with the explanation that the stamp on the registration form had to be from a pediatrician. But since my son is having his U-examinations with an internist and I can't easily find another doctor, I insisted and even clarified with the health insurance company that the costs would be covered once, on the condition that I look for a pediatrician as quickly as possible. The responsible health insurance officer had even clarified this personally over the phone and noted this in a referral from the internist. Unfortunately, the letter came home again after two weeks. The clinic staff stick to their agreements and unfortunately are not helpful and do not understand the urgency. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone because it cost me my nerves and I called crying to somehow sort it out. THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!!!

::KBo conspired with jugendamt and today they took my kids away. The level of racism against blacks is so high more so when they get to know you are a single mother. The reasons they all gave are beyond my capacity but they used th at as a chance to take my boys. Its the most horrible disaster out place i can recommend Aby one especially immigrants. If you can avoid it. Don't believe those plastic d fake smiles
