  I put in a request to book a room and received an e-mail that a room was available. I sent an e-mail back to confirm, but no answer. I called them to aks about it. The lady I talked to was not willing to speak English. She was also not willing to write down my details or look them up from my first request. She asked me to send an email again and hang up the phone. Very impolite, even rude.

  Never been disappointed. Excellent resturant, very good ambiance, very pleasant accommodation, nice garden and always attentive friendly staff. Our favorite just north of Hamburg.

  Very nice and romantic, definily a place Must go, but good thinks need time, enjoy and relax.
